Aufgabenbereich

Als operationstechnische/r Assistent/in leisten Sie durch Ihre Betreuung vor, während und nach der Operation einen erheblichen Beitrag zur Sicherheit der Patientinnen und Patienten. Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld umfasst die Vorbereitung der Geräte, des Instrumentariums sowie der erforderlichen Medizinprodukte und Sie tragen durch eine qualifizierte und fachlich versierte Assistenz die Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen und zügigen Ablauf aller operativen Eingriffe. Sie werden in einem fixen Team eigesetzt (z.B. Neurochirurgie-OP, Allgemeinchirurgie-OP, Herzchirurgie-OP).

Fachliche Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur operationstechnischen Assistenten/in (3-jährige Ausbildung OTA)

* Deutschkenntnisse mindestens B2, idealerweise C1

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Berufsanerkennung/Nostrifikation für Bewerber/innen aus dem Ausland

Persönliche Anforderungen

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein für die Ausübung der Tätigkeit der operationstechnischen Assistenz

* Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit

* Freude an der Bewältigung neuer Herausforderungen

* Bereitschaft zur Fort- und Weiterbildung, um stets auf dem aktuellen Stand der Wissenschaft zu bleiben

Gehalt gemäß Landesbediensteten-Gehaltsgesetz

Das Mindestgehalt beträgt 3.662,40 EUR brutto auf Basis Vollzeit (14 x jährlich). Die tatsächliche Einstufung ergibt sich unter Berücksichtigung der facheinschlägigen Vordienstzeiten.
