Wir suchen: 1 Operative Lagerleitung (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben:

* Aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Lagerbetrieb

* Kommissionierung von Eigen- und Fremdprodukten

* Be- und Entladetätigkeiten und Warenübernahme

* Umverpackung von Kistenware in Träger

* Vor- und Nachbereitung Festequipment

* Organisation und Koordination der Stellplätze in unseren Lagern

* Einteilung und Organisation der Mitarbeitenden sowie Zuteilung der laufenden Aufgaben

* Schnittstelle zwischen Vorgesetzten und Lager, sowie zu den angrenzenden Abteilungen (Produktion, Disposition, Auslieferung / Logistik)

* Steuerung und Kontrolle der Lagerbewegungen unter Berücksichtigung des FIFO-Prinzips

* Sicherstellung von Sicherheit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Lager

* Durchführung und Abwicklung von Handelswarenbestellungen

* logistische Koordination von Anlieferungen für Lohnabfüllungen und Sonderlieferungen

* Planung und Durchführung von Inventuren

* Organisation der Pflege und Wartung des Equipments für Feste und sonstigen Leihinventars

* Bei Bedarf Unterstützung als Springer im Fuhrpark (Auslieferung)

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung

* Staplerschein mit Praxis

* Führerschein der Klassen C (inkl. C95) und E von Vorteil

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Lagerbereich

* Erfahrung in der Führung bzw. Koordination von Mitarbeitenden

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* Ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Organisationstalent

* Flexibilität hinsichtlich Arbeitszeit und Aufgabenbereich

* Belastbarkeit und Verlässlichkeit

* Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Bereitschaft, sich laufend weiterzuentwickeln
