Alles, was wir zur Erreichung unserer ambitionierten Ziele benötigen, sind Originale wie Sie! 1 Operativer Einkäufer (m/w/d) Sie stellen die termingerechte Materialversorgung unserer Produktion sicher und übernehmen Verantwortung für die operative Beschaffung sowie die aktive Materialplanung entlang der gesamten Supply Chain. In dieser Schlüsselrolle tragen Sie wesentlich dazu bei, einen stabilen und reibungslosen Produktionsablauf sicherzustellen und fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Lieferanten, Einkauf, Logistik und Produktionsplanung.

Operativer Einkäufer (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

* Operative Steuerung des gesamten Beschaffungsprozesses - von der Bestellabwicklung bis zur Lieferterminverfolgung

* Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit sowie aktive Steuerung von Lieferperformance und Beständen

* Proaktives Engpass- und Eskalationsmanagement zur Absicherung der Produktionsversorgung

* Prüfung, Klärung und Bearbeitung von Auftragsbestätigungen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit strategischem Einkauf, Produktionsplanung, Logistik und Lieferanten

* Mitarbeit bei Forecast-, Bedarfs- und Bestandsanalysen

* Laufende Optimierung von Prozessen, Stammdaten und internen Schnittstellen

* Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten, insbesondere in den Bereichen Digitalisierung und Standardisierung

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung

* Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im operativen Einkauf, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld

* Starke Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit

* Strukturierte, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigeninitiative

* Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise SAP)

* Entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Analytisches Denken sowie Verständnis für Kennzahlen und Materialfluss

Bei Erfüllung oben genannter Kriterien bieten wir Ihnen ein Jahresbruttogehalt im Kollektivvertrag Metalltechnische Industrie ab rund EUR 50.000,-- (zzgl. variablem Anteil von bis zu 10%). Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung gegeben.
