Je houdt overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat de installatie optimaal draait. Je werkt nauw samen met de productieleider en hebt een belangrijke rol in het signaleren én oplossen van technische uitdagingen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Kwaliteitscontrole op materiaalstromen en eindproduct. - Aansturen van sorteerders en zorgen voor een efficiënte workflow. - Procesbewaking en tijdig ingrijpen bij afwijkingen. - Meldingen en knelpunten registreren en opvolgen. - Mechanische storingen oplossen of escaleren wanneer nodig. - Onderhoud begeleiden tijdens stilstanden. - Procesverbeteringen signaleren en bijdragen aan optimalisaties. - Licht mechanisch onderhoud uitvoeren aan de installatie. - Veiligheid en orde bewaken op de werkvloer.
