Jouw beloning Voor jouw inzet als Operator mag je rekenen op een aantrekkelijk pakket aan arbeidsvoorwaarde, waaronder: - Een salaris vanaf €2.800,00 tot €3.460,00 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring; - Opbouw van vakantiegeld, vakantiedagen en pensioen; - Reiskosten vergoeding van €0,23 per km over maximaal 30 km enkele reis per dag; - Opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een stabiel en groeiend bedrijf; - Werken in een omgeving met een sterke naam in de markt; - Een prettige werksfeer waarin veiligheid, samenwerking en kwaliteit centraal staan. Als Operator ben jij onmisbaar voor een soepel lopend productieproces. Jij zorgt voor: - Een veilige, schone en georganiseerde werkomgeving volgens het 5S-principe; - Het bedienen, controleren en ombouwen van machines; - Het bewaken van het productieproces en het snel signaleren van storingen of afwijkingen; - Het controleren van de productkwaliteit en tijdig escaleren bij afwijkingen; - Het uitvoeren van klein onderhoud en het verhelpen van eenvoudige storingen; - Correcte administratie van productiegegevens en het communiceren van voortgang met de leidinggevende. Jouw profiel Jij herkent jezelf in het volgende: - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur aangevuld met technische opleidingen of cursussen; - Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie of in een technische productieomgeving; - Kennis van beton, OEE en 5S is een pré; - Gestructureerd, planmatig en kwaliteitsgericht; - Veiligheidsbewust, proactief en stressbestendig; - Flexibel inzetbaar (indien nodig in wisselende...
