Wat ga je doen? Als Operator ben je de 'kapitein' van jouw machine. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van de installatie, maar je bewaakt het hele proces van begin tot eind.

Regie & Productie: Je start de machines op, stelt ze nauwkeurig af en zorgt voor een optimaal rendement en topkwaliteit. Techniek in de praktijk: Voert dagelijkse inspecties uit en signaleert tijdig slijtage of defecten. Kleine storingen? Die los je zelf op. Ook het ombouwen van mallen en het plegen van eerstelijns onderhoud (smeren, ijken, vervangen van onderdelen) behoort tot jouw expertise. Veiligheid & Heftruck: Verplaats materialen met de heftruck, waarbij veiligheid voor jou en je collega's altijd op nummer een staan Optimalisatie: Houd Nauwkeurig logboeken en OEE-lijsten bij , zodat processen continu verbeterd worden. Jou data helpt ons om het proces elke dag een beetje beter te maken

Functie-eisen:

Opleiding: Je beschikt over een mbo-diploma (MTS Werktuigbouw/Elektro), VAPRO A/B, of hebt door relevante ervaring een vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau. Certificaten: bent in het bezit van een heftruck- of reachtruckcertificaat en hebt hiermee de nodige rijervaring. Mantaliteit: Je bent stressbestendig, fysiek fit en hebt een flexible instelling (overwerken als de productie daarom vraagt is voor jou geen probleem. Focus: Je kunt langdurig geconcentreerd werken en ziet werk liggen voordat een ander het ziet.
