Functieomschrijving Bij PreZero in Zwolle kom je te werken in een volledig nieuwe kunststof sorteerinstallatie. Met deze installatie wordt PBD (plastic, blik en drankenkarton) afval gesorteerd, zodat het omgezet kan worden naar nieuwe grondstoffen. Ter versterking van het team zijn we op zoek naar een Operator die het volledige sorteerproces overziet. Techniek doet het meeste werk: jij overziet als Procesoperator het proces, kent de installatie op je duimpje en ziet dagelijks toe op de optimale kwaliteit. Dit doe je niet alleen vanuit de machinekamer. Je stroopt ook je mouwen op en gaat aan de slag. Door de installatie te zien, horen en het bekijken van het eindproduct, weet jij of PreZero richting de optimale kwaliteit gaat. Je werkt in drie ploegen samen met een kleine groep collega's. In jouw ploeg ben je de enige Operator en heb je regelmatig contact met je Teamleider. Je voelt je thuis in de informele omgeving, waar hard gewerkt wordt, maar waar we ook plezier hebben. Over het bedrijf: Bij PreZero Nederland werken 2.000 collega's aan een doel: zero waste. Dit houdt in dat afval wordt ingezameld, gesorteerd en verwerkt tot nieuwe grondstoffen, waaruit nieuwe producten worden gemaakt. Hiermee streeft PreZero naar een circulaire samenleving.
