Als Operator Kunststofproductie in de nacht krijg je de kans om mee te bouwen aan de productie van hoogwaardige krimpfolie voor de voedingsindustrie. Je werkt met moderne machines, leert dagelijks bij en komt terecht in een warme, familiale werkomgeving.

Wat ga je doen als Operator Kunststofproductie?

Geen enkele nacht is hetzelfde. Jij bent de spilfiguur aan één of meerdere productielijnen en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot, veilig en kwalitatief verloopt.

Je staat in voor:

  • Het bedienen, instellen en ombouwen van productiemachines
  • Het bewaken van het volledige productieproces van krimpfolie
  • Het tijdig detecteren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen
  • Het nauwkeurig opvolgen van kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Het samenwerken met collega’s en elkaar ondersteunen waar nodig

Tijdens je opleiding werk je eerst in dagdienst, daarna stap je over naar vaste nachturen (23:00 – 07:00). Je werkt in een luidruchtige omgeving, maar je krijgt uiteraard de nodige bescherming.

Wie ben jij als Operator?

Je bent technisch aangelegd, leergierig en houdt van actie. Daarnaast:

  • Heb je bij voorkeur ervaring als technisch operator
  • Werk je gedreven, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig
  • Hou je van afwisseling en uitdaging
  • Ben je een echte teamplayer die collega's helpt
  • Heb je oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • Ben je bereid om tijdens je opleiding tijdelijk in dagdienst te werken
  • Ben je gemotiveerd om daarna vaste nachtdiensten (23:00 – 07:00) te draaien
  • Vind je werken in een luidruchtige omgeving geen probleem
