De functie: Als operator op onze backingstraat zorg je ervoor dat de bovenkant van het schoonlooptapijt -het getufte materiaal- wordt voorzien van een kwalitatief hoogwaardige onderkant. Samen met je collega's op de afdeling zorg je ervoor dat de planning wordt afgewerkt en dat er aan het eind van de rit een eindproduct van hoge kwaliteit klaar ligt voor de klant. We zetten bij Rinos in op personeel dat flexibel inzetbaar is. Daarom zul je, als je eenmaal goed bent in gewerkt als operator op de backing, ook op onze andere productieafdelingen ingewerkt worden. Hierdoor is het werken bij Rinos altijd afwisselend en uitdagend. Wat ga je doen? - Je stelt de machines in aan de hand van de product specificaties - Je zorgt voor de juiste omstelling tussen productiebatches - Samen met de rest van het team zorg je dat de productiedoelen gehaald wordt - Je voert eerstelijns onderhoud aan de machines uit - Je voert visuele controles uit op de producten en grijpt in als er iets mis dreigt te gaan - Je merkt fouten op en herstelt ze - Je plant je werk nauwkeurig en houd je werkplek georganiseerd - Je beoordeelt de werking en instelling van de machines bij proefruns van nieuwe en veranderende kwaliteiten Geboden wordt - Een voltijd functie in dagdienst op onze afdeling backing - De ene week we...
