Ben jij technisch aangelegd, sleutel je graag aan machines en lijkt het je gaaf om met moderne productietechniek te werken? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor je!

Voor een innovatief productiebedrijf in Haaksbergen zoeken wij een Operator / Insteller. Jij zorgt ervoor dat machines worden omgebouwd en klaargemaakt voor de productie van verschillende kunststofproducten. Dankzij jouw werk blijft het productieproces soepel draaien en kunnen collega's direct aan de slag.

Je werkt met moderne spuitgietmachines, robots en andere technische installaties. De ene dag bouw je een machine om voor een nieuw product, de andere dag los je een kleine storing op of help je mee om het proces slimmer en efficiënter te maken. Geen dag is hetzelfde.

Ervaring als insteller is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Ben jij technisch ingesteld, leer je graag nieuwe dingen en vind je het leuk om te sleutelen? Dan leren wij je de rest!

Je werkt aan producten die je waarschijnlijk dagelijks tegenkomt, zoals voorraadbakjes, lunchboxen, onderdelen voor meterkasten en kunststof toepassingen voor de woningbouw.

Wat ga je doen?

- Machines ombouwen voor een nieuw product - Productiemachines instellen en opstarten - Productieprocessen in de gaten houden - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren - Kleine storingen oplossen - Samenwerken met operators en collega's van de technische dienst - Meedenken over verbeteringen in het proces - Zorgen voor een veilige en nette werkplek

Werktijden

Je werkt afhankelijk van jouw wensen in een 2 of 3 ploegendienst:

- 07.00 tot 15.00 uur - 15.00 tot 23.00 uur - 23.00 tot 07.00 uur (3 ploegen)
