Voor een moderne productieomgeving in Mijdrecht zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Operator.Je gaat werken met geavanceerde productiemachines waarmee hoogwaardige kunststofverpakkingen worden geproduceerd. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces soepel verloopt en dat de producten voldoen aan de gestelde kwaliteitsnormen.Heb je al ervaring als operator? Dan is dat mooi meegenomen. Heb je vooral technisch inzicht en wil je het vak graag leren? Ook dan ben je van harte welkom. Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen als Operator?AlsAls Operator ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Je bedient en controleert de machines, bewaakt de kwaliteit en grijpt in wanneer het proces afwijkt.Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit - Opstarten, bedienen en uitschakelen van productiemachines. - Instellen en bijstellen van machines voor verschillende productieorders. - Controleren van onder andere temperatuur en druk tijdens het productieproces. - Bewaken van de productkwaliteit en uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles. - Registreren van productie en procesgegevens. - Signaleren van afwijkingen en tijdig bijsturen van het proces. - Oplossen van kleine technische storingen en uitvoeren van eenvoudige reparaties. - Ondersteunen bij het ombouwen en aanpassen van machines. - Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids en kwaliteitsvoorschriften. - Samenwerken met collega's en de shiftleader om het productieproces optimaal te laten verlopen.
