Als operator speel je een sleutelrol binnen het productieproces. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en bewaken van moderne machines en zorgt ervoor dat producten efficiënt en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen worden geproduceerd. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring werk je binnen het productiegedeelte of op de verpakkingsafdeling. In beide gevallen draag je bij aan een soepel verloop van de dagelijkse productie en een kwalitatief hoogwaardig eindproduct.

Wat zijn jouw werkzaamheden?

• Productiemachines gereedmaken, instellen en aanpassen bij productwisselingen; • Het productieproces nauwlettend volgen en ingrijpen wanneer afwijkingen dreigen te ontstaan; • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en productiegegevens vastleggen volgens de geldende procedures; • Technische problemen signaleren en kleine storingen zelfstandig verhelpen; • Machines controleren en basisonderhoud uitvoeren om uitval zoveel mogelijk te voorkomen; • Zorgen voor een goede overdracht naar de volgende ploeg door belangrijke informatie en bijzonderheden te bespreken.

Functie-eisen: Wat breng jij mee? Voor deze functie zoeken we een operator die graag werkt in een dynamische productieomgeving en verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen. Je bent nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en draagt actief bij aan een veilige en efficiënte werkwijze. Daarnaast voel je je prettig binnen een ploegensysteem en kun je goed omgaan met wisselende diensten.

Deze functie past goed bij jou als je:

• Eerder hebt gewerkt binnen een productieomgeving, bijvoorbeeld als operator, machineoperator of productiemedewerker; • Graag samenwerkt met collega's en een positieve bijdrage levert aan het team; • In staat bent om informatie helder over te brengen en zorgvuldig te communiceren tijdens ploegoverdrachten; • Het belangrijk vindt om volgens kwaliteits- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen te werken; • Openstaat voor het leren van nieuwe vaardigheden en jezelf verder wilt ontwikkelen binnen het vak.
