Je werkt in dagdienst met vaste werktijden, met daarnaast aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals vrijdagmiddag vrij. Dit ga je doen Als Operator zorg je er voor dat de productielijn optimaal blijft draaien. Wat ga je doen? - Bedienen en instellen van productie- en verpakkingsmachines; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles; - Uitvoeren van klein onderhoud en eenvoudige reparaties; - Signaleren en oplossen van storingen; - Bijdragen aan een efficiënt en soepel productieproces. Werktijden: - Maandag t/m donderdag: 07:30 - 17:00 - Vrijdag: 07:30 - 11:00 (vrijdagmiddag vrij!)) Dit krijg je - Een brutosalaris tussen €2.750 en €3.200 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring - 40-urige werkweek in dagdienst met vaste werktijden en vrijdagmiddag vrij - Minimaal 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld volgens cao - Pensioenregeling via de cao met werkgeversbijdrage - Reiskostenvergoeding volgens regeling van de opdrachtgever - Werken in een moderne productieomgeving met een hecht team - Mogelijkheden om door te groeien of aanvullende trainingen te volgen - Uitzicht op een vast contract bij goed functioneren Bij WerkTalent belonen wij volgens het principe van gelijkwaardige beloning; je arbeidsvoorwaarden sluiten aan bij die van collega's die rechtstreeks bij de opdrachtgever in dienst zijn.
