Dit bedrijf verwerkt en verpakt dagelijks grote volumes Hollandse kazen voor de nationale en internationale markt. Jij werkt in een team waar collega's elkaar helpen en kennis actief wordt gedeeld. De werkomgeving is praktisch ingericht en gericht op continu verbeteren. Als operator in opleiding leer je stap voor stap het vak in een moderne productieomgeving waar groei centraal staat. Je krijgt intensieve begeleiding van ervaren operators, verdient een startsalaris vanaf €2.979,56 exclusief ploegentoeslagen en bepaalt zelf je roostervrije dag. Zo ontwikkel je je snel tot zelfstandig operator binnen een stabiel familiebedrijf. Over de functie Als operator in opleiding werk je dagelijks aan het bedienen en controleren van productielijnen waarin Hollandse kazen worden verpakt. Je leert hoe machines functioneren en hoe je ze instelt voor verschillende producten. Samen met ervaren collega's voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit en help je bij het ombouwen van lijnen. Je ontwikkelt inzicht in het productieproces en leert storingen herkennen en oplossen. Je werkt in een tweeploegendienst tussen 06:00 en 00:00 uur en draait elke zaterdag mee in het rooster. Als operator in opleiding groei je stap voor stap naar een zelfstandige rol.
