Wil je werken in de regio Nieuw-Amsterdam binnen een schone, geautomatiseerde omgeving waar dagelijks duizenden dagverse broden van de band rollen? En spreekt een maandsalaris tot € 3.600,- bruto per maand (inclusief aantrekkelijke ploegentoeslag) jou aan? Grijp dan deze kans! Bij deze industriële bakkerij stuur je het verpakkingsproces aan en bewaak je de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. Er heerst een nuchtere, collegiale sfeer op de vloer waar je samen met een hecht team de schouders eronder zet en waar volop ruimte is voor jouw technische ontwikkeling. Functieomschrijving Als operator stuur je de inpaklijnen aan en zorg je dat het dagverse product perfect verpakt klaarstaat voor transport: - Correct instellen, opstarten, ombouwen en fijnafstellen van de geavanceerde inpakinstallaties. - Uitvoeren van de laatste strenge kwaliteitscontroles op de vers- en verpakkingseisen. - Snel opsporen en zelfstandig verhelpen van kleine mechanische of technische storingen om stilstand te voorkomen. - Bewaken van de dagplanning samen met je directe collega's, zodat de logistieke stroom zonder vertraging doorloopt. - Proactief meedenken over ideeën om het inpakproces nóg efficiënter, veiliger of sneller in te richten. - Schoon, opgeruimd en veilig houden van de werkplek volgens de geldende normen (HACCP). Functievereisten Er wordt gezocht naar een secure, betrouwbare aanpakker die gestructureerd te werk gaat: - Mbo werk- en denkniveau met affiniteit met techniek of de procestechniek. - Ervaring in een productie- of verpakkingsomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar ook gemotiveerde kandidaten die het vak willen leren worden goed ingewerkt. - Een scherp oog voor detail en een natuurlijk gevoel voor hygiëne en voedselveiligheid....
