Voor een mooi technisch bedrijf zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Operator in opleiding. Je hoeft nog geen uitgebreide technische ervaring te hebben. Met de juiste motivatie en inzet leer je het vak in de praktijk! Wat ga je doen? Als operator werk je mee aan de productie van hoogwaardige onderdelen voor trucks. Je wordt intern goed begeleid en leert stap voor stap hoe je de machines bedient en het productieproces controleert. Vestiging 1.BeterBaan Eindhoven Plaatsingsdatum 21-09-2026 Locatie Omgeving Eindhoven Taken Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Bedienen en instellen van machines; Controleren van de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde onderdelen; Uitvoeren van verschillende productiewerkzaamheden; Signaleren en oplossen van kleine storingen; Samenwerken met je collega's om het productieproces soepel te laten verlopen. Functie-eisen Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken vooral iemand die graag wil leren en technisch ingesteld is. Je hebt: Een goede werkmentaliteit en bent gemotiveerd; Interesse in techniek en productie; Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse of Engelse taal; De bereidheid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken; Geen probleem met werken in een technische productieomgeving. Ervaring in de techniek is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker niet noodzakelijk. Wij vinden het vooral belangrijk dat je gemotiveerd bent om het vak te leren! Werktijden Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst: Ochtenddienst: 05:30 - 14:15 uur Middag-/avonddienst: 14:15 - 23:00 uur Vrijdag: je bent eerder klaar! Salaris Wat bieden wij?
