Ben jij technisch onderlegd en heb je enkele jaren ervaring als operator? Voor een productiebedrijf in de regio Waregem, actief in kunststof bouwmaterialen, zoeken we een operator in dagdienst.

Je komt terecht in een Belgische KMO die gespecialiseerd is in de productie van isolerende bouwmaterialen, bestemd voor diverse toepassingen binnen de bouwsector. De fabriek is volledig geautomatiseerd en digitaal gestuurd, van grondstofontvangst tot voorraadbeheer. Netheid, orde en moderne machines zorgen voor een aangename werkplek binnen een stabiele groep die inzet op betrouwbaarheid en heldere communicatie. Als operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van de productielijnen, het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en het oplossen van kleine storingen. Je zorgt voor een vlot en veilig productieproces en werkt nauw samen met collega’s van productie en techniek.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je staat in voor het bedienen en opvolgen van verschillende machines binnen een moderne, geautomatiseerde productieomgeving, waar je continu streeft naar maximale efficiëntie
  • Je bewaakt de veilige en stabiele werking van het machinepark, met aandacht voor kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en technische parameters
  • Je voert zelfstandig kleine aanpassingen of finetunings uit aan machines om het productieproces te optimaliseren en storingen te vermijden
  • Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een vlot en goed afgestemd productieproces, zodat elk eindproduct voldoet aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen
  • Je beschikt over enkele jaren ervaring als machineoperator en hebt een hands-on persoonlijkheid met oog voor detail
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband en blinkt uit in duidelijke en vlotte communicatie met collega’s en leidinggevenden
  • Sterke praktische kennis van zowel mechanische als elektrische systemen, wat je toelaat om snel en efficiënt te handelen bij technische interventies
