Onze klant is een stabiele en toekomstgerichte productieonderneming in regio Torhout die al meer dan 50 jaar een sterke positie heeft opgebouwd binnen haar nichemarkt. Dankzij een duidelijke visie op innovatie en gerichte investeringen in technologie is de organisatie de voorbije jaren sterk gegroeid.

Vandaag beschikt het bedrijf over een modern en hoogtechnologisch machinepark waarmee de productiecapaciteit voortdurend wordt uitgebreid. Die groei vertaalt zich in een stevige marktpositie en een organisatie die klaar is voor de toekomst.

Maar technologie is slechts één deel van het verhaal. Mensen maken hier minstens evenzeer het verschil. Nieuwe medewerkers krijgen vanaf hun start een grondig en persoonlijk opleidingstraject. Je wordt stap voor stap begeleid, leert de machines en processen volledig kennen en krijgt de tijd om uit te groeien tot een zelfstandige operator.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar stabiliteit, innovatie en persoonlijke ontwikkeling hand in hand gaan. Een plek waar je niet zomaar een machine bedient, maar actief meebouwt aan een sterk productieproces én aan je eigen technische carrière.

Als Operator groei je stap voor stap naar een zelfstandige functie binnen de productie. Je leert het volledige proces kennen en wordt verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen productielijn.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Via een grondig opleidingstraject groeien naar de zelfstandige bediening van het volledige productieproces
  • Jouw productiemachines instellen, bedienen en nauwgezet opvolgen
  • Grondstoffen tijdig aanvoeren en het productieproces correct bevoorraden
  • Machineparameters instellen en waar nodig bijsturen
  • De kwaliteit van het productieproces en de afgewerkte producten controleren
  • Afgewerkte producten correct registreren
  • Kleine technische problemen zelfstandig aanpakken
  • Eerste storingen analyseren en waar mogelijk zelf oplossen
  • Zorgen voor een ordelijke, nette en veilige werkplek
  • De geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften strikt naleven
  • Samenwerken met collega's en actief meedenken over verbeteringen
  • Vlot overweg met computers of vertrouwd met het instellen en opvolgen van machineparameters
  • Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken binnen een goed georganiseerd team.
  • Een natuurlijke reflex voor orde en netheid, gecombineerd met de goesting om de handen uit de mouwen te steken wanneer fysiek werk erbij hoort
  • Sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
