Technisch inzicht en graag werken met moderne productielijnen? Voor een stabiele en groeiende onderneming in regio Waregem zijn we op zoek naar een Operator om het productieteam te versterken. Het bedrijf is actief binnen de kunststofindustrie en produceert isolerende bouwmaterialen voor uiteenlopende toepassingen binnen de bouwsector.

Je komt terecht in een hypermoderne en sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving, waar het volledige productieproces digitaal wordt aangestuurd. Als technisch operator speel je een belangrijke rol in het vlot laten verlopen van de productie. Je bewaakt de machines, volgt technische parameters op en grijpt in wanneer kleine storingen of afwijkingen zich voordoen.

Een nette werkomgeving, moderne machines en een sterk team zorgen voor een aangename werkplek. Dankzij een uitgebreide opleiding en begeleiding krijg je bovendien de kans om jouw technische kennis verder uit te bouwen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Bedienen en opvolgen van verschillende machines binnen een moderne productieomgeving
  • Bewaken van de veilige en stabiele werking van het machinepark en opvolgen van technische parameters
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Zelfstandig uitvoeren van kleine technische aanpassingen en finetunings
  • Signaleren en oplossen van kleine storingen om het productieproces optimaal te laten verlopen
  • Samenwerken met collega's van productie en techniek voor een vlotte productie
  • Enkele jaren ervaring als machine- of productieoperator
  • Technisch inzicht en een goede praktische kennis van mechanische en elektrische systemen
  • Hands-on ingesteld, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig in het uitvoeren van taken
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en graag samenwerken met collega's
