Als machine operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en controleren van de machines die betrokken zijn bij het textielveredelingsproces.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je zult werken in een twee ploegenstelsel, 40 uur per week, waarbij je bijdraagt aan de productie van hoogwaardige textielproducten.
  • Als machine operator ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van onze computergestuurde machines en spanramen.
  • Proactief oplossen van operationele problemen en het minimaliseren van stilstand.
  • Meedenken over procesoptimalisatie en efficiëntieverbeteringen.
  • Samenwerken met collega's en het technische team om een soepel productieproces te waarborgen.
  • Nauwkeurig bijhouden van productiegegevens en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren.
  • Actieve deelname aan personeelsactiviteiten en waarderingsevenementen.
  • Je hebt een goed praktisch-technisch inzicht.
  • Je bent flexibel en polyvalent.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid over jouw werk nemen.
  • Fysiek werk schrikt jou niet af.
  • In team willen en kunnen werken.
  • Leervermogen hebben.
  • Regels en afspraken nakomen.
  • Zin voor nauwkeurigheid hebben.
  • Je kan omgaan met stress.
  • Ervaring als machine operator is een meerwaarde, bij voorkeur in de textielveredelingsindustrie.
  • Technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Bereidheid om in een twee ploegenstelsel te werken.
  • Gemotiveerd en gedreven om bij te dragen aan het succes van het team.
  • PC-vaardigheden voor het bijhouden van productiegegevens en communicatie.
  • Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en/of Frans.
  • Bereidheid om te blijven leren en door te groeien binnen het bedrijf.
  • Heftruckattest is een pluspunt.
