Binnen de organisatie heerst een informele, open werksfeer met korte lijnen en een hecht team. Je krijgt hier veel zelfstandigheid, duidelijke verantwoordelijkheden en de ruimte om direct samen te werken aan een gestroomlijnd productieproces. Functiebeschrijving Als Operator ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal verlopen van het productie- en verpakkingsproces. Je werkt in een moderne fabriek waar de verpakkingslijnen zijn uitgerust met (half)geautomatiseerde systemen, waaronder een afzak- en palletiseersysteem. Je belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Bediening & Besturing: Bedienen, instellen en controleren van grotendeels computergestuurde productie-, verpakkings- en palletiseermachines. - Procesbewaking: Continue bewaking van het productieproces en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig. - Onderhoud & Storingen: Signaleren en zelfstandig oplossen van kleine storingen, het uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud en assisteren bij grotere onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden. - Logistiek & Afhandeling: Correct afzakken en palletiseren van de eindproducten en het verplaatsen van goederen naar de opslag met behulp van de heftruck. - Kwaliteit & Optimalisatie: Actief meedingen over verbetervoorstellen voor het proces en zorgen voor een schone, veilige en ordelijke...
