Voor onze klant, een toonaangevende compoundfabriek gespecialiseerd in kunststofkorrels voor de automobielsector, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven operator in de vaste nachtpost.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Diploma: Je hebt minimaal een A2-diploma in een technische richting (bijvoorbeeld Chemische Procestechnieken of Elektromechanica). Dit is een harde eis.
  • Rooster: Je werkt graag in 2 ploegen óf een vaste nachtdienst, en je bent flexibel genoeg om bij te springen in een andere shift als dat nodig is.
  • Ervaring: Ervaring als operator is een mooie plus, maar geen vereiste!
  • Talen & pc: Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis van MS Office en internet.
  • Eigenschappen:Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgt veiligheidsrichtlijnen en werkinstructies strikt op. Je pakt graag initiatief, werkt goed zelfstandig en bent een fijne teamplayer. Je bent communicatief en vlot in de omgang.

Wat ga je doen?

Als operator start je met een intensieve on-the-job training. Je leert hoe je de productie-installaties bedient en controleert, zodat de vooropgestelde output en topkwaliteit worden behaald. Uiteraard staat veiligheid (VGM) hierbij altijd op een.
