Je voelt je hier direct thuis in het team. Functieomschrijving Als operator 2-ploegen ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de productie. Je zorgt dat het hele proces soepel en vlot verloopt. Het instellen en bijsturen van de machines hoort bij je dagelijkse werk. Ook los je kleine technische storingen zelf op. Zo blijft de fabriek altijd goed draaien. Je werkt nauwkeurig volgens de vaste regels voor veiligheid. Hygiëne is bij dit werk erg belangrijk. Je bent breed inzetbaar en helpt op verschillende plekken in de fabriek. Hierdoor blijft jouw werk als operator 2-ploegen elke dag weer afwisselend. Je bent onmisbaar voor een goed resultaat.
