Operator 2-ploegen | €3000-€3200 Nuth Deze organisatie is actief in de productie & logistiek van verse vleesproducten en werkt voor grote Nederlandse supermarktketens. In een gekoelde werkomgeving worden producten opgeslagen, verwerkt en verzendklaar gemaakt, waarbij kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid altijd voorop staan. Dagelijks wordt er gewerkt met duidelijke procedures en strenge richtlijnen om ervoor te zorgen dat klanten zoals landelijke supermarktorganisaties tijdig en correct worden beleverd. Het team werkt nauw samen in een gestructureerde logistieke omgeving waar tempo, nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel belangrijk zijn. Functieomschrijving Je komt terecht in een hecht en betrokken team waarin collega's voor elkaar klaarstaan. Tijdens je inwerkperiode krijg je een vaste buddy die je stap voor stap begeleidt en wegwijs maakt in de werkzaamheden. Zo leer je het vak goed kennen en krijg je alle ruimte om het werk zelfstandig onder de knie te krijgen. In deze functie houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Je bedient en bewaakt jouw eigen snijlijn en zorgt ervoor dat de productie soepel en efficiënt verloopt. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en werkt volgens de geldende HACCP-richtlijnen. - Je verhelpt eerstelijns storingen zelfstandig of schakelt, wanneer nodig, de monteur in. - Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en draagt bij aan een efficiënt en soepel productieproces. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst met de volgende werktijden: - Ochtenddienst: 06:00 - 14:30 uur - Middagdienst: 14:30 - 23:00 uur Daarnaast is er de mogelijkheid om op zaterdag te werken.
