Voor een professionele en groeiende productieomgeving zijn wij op zoek naar een Operator in 2-ploegendienst. Organisatie Je gaat aan de slag bij een modern productiebedrijf dat zich bezighoudt met het maken van kartonnen en papieren verpakkingen. Met moderne machines worden verschillende verpakkingsoplossingen geproduceerd voor diverse klanten en sectoren. Kwaliteit, veiligheid en teamwork staan hierbij centraal. Functie Wat ga je doen als operator: - Bedienen en instellen van productiemachines. - Controleren van de kwaliteit van de producten. - Signaleren en verhelpen van kleine storingen. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles. - Aanvoeren en verwerken van productiematerialen. - Bijhouden van productiegegevens. - Schoon en veilig houden van de werkplek. - Samenwerken met collega's om de productiedoelstellingen te behalen. - Bereid te werken in 2 ploegendienst. Ochtenddienst: 06:00 - 14:00 uur Middag-/avonddienst: 14:00 - 22:00 uur Functie-eisen Dit neem je mee: - Je bent gemotiveerd en betrouwbaar. - Je hebt technisch inzicht. - Ervaring in een productieomgeving. - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit. - Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal voldoende. Aanbod Dit kunnen we je bieden: - Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week; - Een goed salaris tussen de €3200 en €3500 bruto per maand ex toeslagen - Ploegentoeslag van 15% bovenop je basissalaris. - Een stabiele werkomgeving. - Goede begeleiding en een inwerkperiode. - Mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. - Doorgroeimogelijkheden.
