Werk mee aan een soepel productieproces en zet de volgende stap richting een functie als operator. FunctieomschrijvingAls operator 2-ploegen ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Na een goede inwerkperiode leer je verschillende afdelingen kennen en werk je mee aan het produceren van kwalitatieve eindproducten. Je bedient machines, houdt het proces draaiende en zorgt voor een veilige en schone werkomgeving.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Klaarzetten, afwegen en mengen van grondstoffen; - Instellen, bedienen en ombouwen van machines; - Verhelpen van kleine storingen; - Uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Wegbrengen van gereed product naar het magazijn; - Bewaken van het productieproces en ondersteunen waar nodig; - Schoonhouden van machines en werkplek volgens de geldende richtlijnen.

Als operator 2-ploegen werk je van maandag t/m vrijdag in een 2-ploegendienst van 06:00-14:30 uur en 14:30-23:00 uur. Functie-eisen- Je hebt ervaring als operator, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie of farmacie. - Fysiek wat zwaarder werk (15+ kg) is geen probleem voor je. - Daarbij beheers je de Nederlandse taal goed, vanwege de veiligheid en communicatie op de werkvloer als operator.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden- €3.175 - €3.475 bruto per maand o.b.v. 40 uur (incl. 12% toeslag). - 25 vakantiedagen. - 8% vakantiegeld. - Reiskostenvergoeding (buiten Zeewolde). - Opbouw plus pensioen. - Mogelijkheid tot het volgen van opleidingen/cursussen. - Baan voor de langere termijn c.q. vast als operator 2-ploegen.
