FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij technisch onderlegd en op zoek naar een boeiende functie in een dynamische werkomgeving? Dan is de rol van operator in 2 ploegen bij ons bedrijf in Zwevegem wellicht iets voor jou!

Wat ga je doen? Als operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vlot en efficiënt laten draaien van onze machines.

Jouw taken omvatten:

  • Bedienen en bijsturen van de machines: je zorgt ervoor dat de machines correct werken en grijpt in waar nodig om het proces te optimaliseren.
  • Bevoorraden van de machines: je voorziet de machines van de juiste materialen om een continue productie te garanderen.
  • Controle op de werking: je houdt de werking van de machines nauwkeurig in de gaten en voert kwaliteitschecks uit om problemen vroegtijdig te detecteren.
  • Eindverpakking van goederen: je zorgt ervoor dat de producten op de juiste manier worden verpakt in de inpakafdeling, klaar voor verzending.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond en ervaring in een productieomgeving is een plus.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken:Ochtendshift: van 5u tot 13u30 Namiddagshift: van 13u30 tot 22u
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en werkt graag met machines.
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan voor jou altijd voorop.
