FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor onze klant regio Zwevezele zoeken wij een medewerker in de productie.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

  • Je stelt alle schuimparameters correct in, met behulp van de instelbladen aan de machine.
  • Je controleert en registreert op regelmatige tijdstippen de schuimparameters om afwijkingen snel te detecteren.
  • Bij afwijkingen informeer je tijdig de shiftsupervisor en onderneem je de juiste acties.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de omstellingen in de schuimomgeving bij productwissels (gemiddeld 1 tot 10 per week), volgens de volgorde van de productiebons.
  • Je waakt over orde en netheid in de schuimomgeving en staat in voor het reinigen en onderhouden van machineonderdelen.
  • Je werkt steeds volgens de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen.

PROFIEL

  • Je behaalde een A2 technische opleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je kan verschillende activiteiten correct opvolgen en onderneemt gepaste acties wanneer nodig
  • Je kan veilig omgaan met chemicaliën; de nodige PBM’s worden steeds voorzien
  • Je hebt een sterk oog voor detail en draagt kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw proces
