Het stellen en bedienen van de machine met als doel de rendabiliteit te maximaliseren en de vooropgestelde productie-output te garanderen. Het nauwgezet opvolgen van de procesparameters, efficiëntie en kwaliteit van de productie, zonder de kwantiteit uit het oog te verliezen. Het periodiek controleren van de kwaliteit van de output om fouten en onvolmaaktheden tijdig te ontdekken en recht te zetten. Het periodiek preventief onderhoud van de machine. De algemene orde en netheid van en rond de machine. Efficiënt ingrijpen bij technische problemen of mechanische storingen. Bij grote technische problemen of storingen de technieker verwittigen. Je werkt aan de Horizon Stitchliner. Je werkt in een 2-ploegenstelsel. - Vaardigheden: Goed inzicht en een hoog leervermogen. Oog voor kwaliteit en detail. Goed kunnen presteren onder tijdsdruk. Teamspeler. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden. Bereid zijn om in 2 ploegen te werken.

- Attesten: geen specifieke attesten

- Opleidingsvereisten: Een grafisch of technisch diploma is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Bij voorkeur ervaring als operator in een productieomgeving.

- Vakkennis: Bij voorkeur ervaring als operator in een productieomgeving. Ervaring met het stellen en bedienen van machines. Opvolgen van procesparameters, efficiëntie en kwaliteit van de productie. Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op de output van de machine. Uitvoeren van periodiek preventief onderhoud. Kunnen ingrijpen bij technische problemen en mechanische storingen. Werken met de Horizon Stitchliner. Voor- en nasnijden van drukwerken en bedienen van grafische afwerkingsmachines.

- Talenkennis: Nederlands: goede kennis. Voldoende kennis van het Nederlands om alle veiligheidsinstructies te begrijpen en orders correct te kunnen draaien.
