Planning en onderhoud Orders draaien volgens schema, en daar ziet jij op toe. Preventief onderhoud stem je af met de collega's van de Technische Dienst. Verbeteren Je kijkt kritisch naar de werkwijze en komt met voorstellen die de productie efficiënter of veiliger maken. Deze rol vervul je in een tweeploegenrooster. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Technisch inzicht: je snapt hoe machines werken, ziet snel wat beter kan en durft initiatief te nemen - Oog voor detail: je ziet afwijkingen voordat anderen ze opmerken en zorgt dat elk product aan de kwaliteitsstandaard voldoet - Oplossingsgericht: je analyseert storingen, herkent patronen en komt met praktische verbeterideeën - Rustig en alert: bij onverwachte storingen houd je het hoofd koel en pak je direct door - Communicatief: je werkt graag samen, vraagt door waar nodig en houdt de lijnen kort op de vloer - Aanpakker: je vindt het fijn om zowel fysiek als technisch bezig te zijn - Mbo werk- en denkniveau en interesse in een technische omgeving - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal (of bent bereid deze te leren), zodat je werkinstructies en veiligheidsvoorschriften goed begrijpt - Je wilt werken in een 2-ploegensysteem en bent 40 uur per week beschikbaar Functieoverzicht .
