Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige productieproces binnen een technisch uitdagende en veiligheidskritische omgeving.

Jouw takenpakket als operator in een 2-ploegenstelsel:

  • Instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van verschillende productiemachines
  • Bewaken van het productieproces van begin tot einde
  • Eerste diagnose stellen bij storingen of alarmmeldingen
  • Coderen en registreren van inkomende en uitgaande producten
  • Dagelijks besturen van de heftruck voor interne transporten
  • Uitvoeren van basisonderhoud aan de installaties na opleiding
  • Actief bijdragen aan , orde, netheid en veiligheidsvoorschriften

Je krijgt een intensieve opleiding on the job zodat je alle installaties grondig leert kennen. Je maakt deel uit van een dynamisch team binnen een groeiende productieomgeving.

ProfielDit ben jij als ideale kandidaat voor de functie operator:

  • Diploma secundair onderwijs
  • 2 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur in een productie- of metaalomgeving
  • Geldig heftruckattest of bereid dit intern te behalen
  • Aantoonbare heftruckervaring (vereist)
  • Ervaring met hoogwerker of bulldozer is een plus
  • Zeer goede kennis van Engels of Frans en een basiskennis Nederlands
  • Sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn en nauwkeurige werkhouding
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel
  • Stabiliteit in je werkverleden is belangrijk gezien de uitgebreide opleiding. Je werkt gestructureerd, neemt initiatief en voelt je comfortabel in een industriële omgeving.

Wat je van ons krijgt

Jij als nieuwe collega operator, kan dit verwachten bij jouw nieuwe werkgever:

  • Vast contract na geslaagde inloopperiode;
  • Startloon van €16,50 / uur met 6% ploegenpremie;
  • 7 euro maaltijdcheque / gewerkte dag;
  • Bij vaste dienst, krijg je hospitalisatieverzekering erbij en bepaalde bonussen;
  • Ploegenrooster van 5u-13u en van 13u-21 / op vrijdag 5u-12u en 13u-20u.
  • 6 extra ADV-dagen boven op jouw verlof;
  • Intensieve opleiding on the job (+- 6 maanden), er wordt in jouw opleiding geïnvesteerd, dus stabiliteit van jouw kant is nodig;
