Hier krijg je de kans om het vak van procesoperator al doende te leren, met moderne machines en collega’s die je op weg helpen. Je werkt in een sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving, leert steeds meer zelf instellen en krijgt ook de kans om storingen mee op te lossen. En je loon? €23,76 bruto per uur, inclusief ploegenpremie. Zo bouw je meteen ervaring én een mooi loon op.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stelt de productielijn, parameters en recepturen in volgens de planning in SAP.
  • Je volgt de productie op via een digitaal systeem.
  • Je leert storingen herkennen, lokaliseren en eerstelijns oplossen, bijvoorbeeld bij een defecte klep of pomp.
  • Je controleert etiketten, lotcodes en gewichten om de kwaliteit te bewaken.
  • Je zorgt dat de lijn voldoende materiaal heeft, zoals lijm, verpakkingsmateriaal en karton.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een productiebedrijf met meer dan 125 jaar ervaring, waar vakmanschap en innovatie samenkomen. De productie is sterk geautomatiseerd en je werkt in een team waar collega’s elkaar helpen en kennis delen. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid, maar staat er niet alleen voor. Je leert de kneepjes van het vak op de werkvloer en krijgt zo de kans om van een technische starter uit te groeien tot een zelfstandige procesoperator.

  • Je hebt een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs in een technische of voedingsgerichte richting.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar machines en wilt weten hoe een geautomatiseerd productieproces werkt.
  • Je hebt nog geen jaren ervaring nodig. Je motivatie en goesting om bij te leren zijn belangrijker.
  • Je bent bereid om vast in 2 ploegen te werken.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands om veilig en goed samen te werken.
