Onze klant is een toonaangevend productiebedrijf in de voedingssector met meerdere vestigingen in Vlaanderen. Het bedrijf kent een sterke groei en investeert continu in modernisering en kwaliteit. Met honderden medewerkers zetten zij zich dagelijks in om producten van de hoogste standaard af te leveren aan klanten in heel Europa.

Jobomschrijving

Voor onze klant, een toonaangevend productiebedrijf in de voedingssector, zijn wij op zoek naar gemotiveerde operatoren die willen meewerken aan een modern en groeiend verhaal.

Takenpakket

Machinebediening & procesbeheer

  • Instellen en bedienen van machines op de productielijn.
  • Continu opvolgen van de productie en melden van afwijkingen of storingen.
  • Meehelpen waar nodig in het proces.

Leiderschap & communicatie

  • Instrueren van medewerkers over de correcte uitvoering van hun taken.
  • Coördineren van de werkzaamheden op de productielijn.
  • Helder en duidelijk communiceren met medewerkers en leidinggevenden.
  • Rapporteren over de productiestatus aan de leidinggevende.

Administratie & kwaliteit

  • Correct registreren van productiegegevens voor de traceerbaarheid.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Strikt naleven van hygiënevoorschriften m.b.t. voedselveiligheid.
  • Veiligheid, orde & stressbestendigheid
  • Toepassen van de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften en correct gebruik van PBM’s.
  • Zorgen voor orde en netheid (6S) op en rond de werkplek.
  • Rust en overzicht bewaren in stressvolle of onverwachte situaties.
  • Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne.
  • Je beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit en helpt graag actief mee.
  • Je bent proactief en oplossingsgericht en denkt mee in verbeteringen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan helder overbrengen wat er verwacht wordt.
  • Je kan vlot samenwerken in een multiculturele omgeving.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis Nederlands en Engels.
