Met meer dan 500 enthousiaste collega’s en vijf moderne productiesites (Herentals, Herenthout, Weelde en Maasmechelen) behoren we tot de top van de Europese industriële wafelbakkerijen.

Elke dag werken we samen aan één doel: de lekkerste wafel maken, met trots en vakmanschap.

Door onze sterke groei zijn we vandaag op zoek naar extra Operators om ons team te versterken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Bedienen, instellen en opvolgen van productiemachines.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en registreren van gegevens.
  • Storingen melden en meehelpen bij het oplossen.
  • Collega’s aansturen en samenwerken in een hecht team.
  • Veilig en netjes werken volgens hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt reeds 3 jaar ervaring als operator, in éénzelfde productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld, communicatief en een echte teamplayer.
  • Je blijft rustig bij drukte en neemt initiatief als iets beter kan.
  • Basiskennis Nederlands en Engels.
  • Bereid om in ploegen te werken (vroege en late shift).
