Voor onze klant zoeken we een gemotiveerde productieoperator die wil meewerken aan het volledige productieproces.

Vanuit de hoofdzetel in Heist-op-den-Berg, waar productie én distributie gecentraliseerd zijn, werk je met moderne installaties en zorg je mee voor een veilige, efficiënte en kwaliteitsvolle output.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze hands-on functie sta je mee aan het stuur van een geautomatiseerd productieproces. Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je bedient half- en volautomatische installaties zoals de menglijn, afzakinstallatie, palletiseermachine, wikkelmachine en droger.
  • Je grijpt snel in bij kleine onregelmatigheden of storingen en zorgt dat de lijn blijft draaien.
  • Je maakt mengsels op basis van productieopdrachten of formulaties die al dan niet automatisch worden aangestuurd.
  • Je verpakt de afgewerkte producten in zakken van 25 kg.
  • Je registreert elke uitgevoerde productie-opdracht correct en nauwkeurig.
  • Je stelt machines af volgens de opdracht en voert kleine technische handelingen of correcties uit.
  • Je zorgt voor een nette werkplek en reinigt de installaties volgens de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures.

Je bent een ideale match als je:

  • Bij voorkeur een A2-diploma hebt of gelijkwaardige ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • Bereid bent om in twee ploegen te werken (vroege/late).
  • Leergierig bent en logisch én kritisch nadenkt over je werk.
  • Veiligheid en procedures respecteert en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor je taken.
  • Fysiek sterk genoeg bent om zakken van 25 kg te hanteren.
  • Vlot kan hoofdrekenen, o.a. bij het afwegen en samenstellen van grondstoffen.
  • Een machineplattegrond kan lezen en beschikt over ruimtelijk inzicht.
  • Zeer goed Nederlands spreekt en begrijpt.
