Onze klant, een stabiel en groeiend bedrijf binnen de voedingsindustrie in de regio Kasterlee, is op zoek naar een Operator. Je komt terecht in een innovatief familiebedrijf waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en vakmanschap centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

Als Operator ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat de inpak- en productielijnen efficiënt draaien en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de afgewerkte producten. Daarnaast ondersteun je het team op de werkvloer en zorg je mee voor een veilige en ordelijke werkomgeving.

Jouw taken:

  • Je organiseert het werk aan de inpak- en productielijnen zodat de productie vlot kan opstarten.
  • Je volgt de inpakwerkzaamheden op en grijpt in bij problemen of storingen.
  • Je bewaakt het productieproces en zorgt ervoor dat de producten voldoen aan de kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's op de werkvloer en draagt bij aan een vlotte samenwerking.
  • Je zorgt voor de reiniging van de productieomgeving en de machines.
  • Je werkt steeds volgens de geldende kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een gemotiveerde operator die kwaliteit, veiligheid en teamwork belangrijk vindt.

Jij bent de ideale kandidaat als je:

  • Ervaring hebt met machines van inpaklijnen zoals metaaldetectoren, dozensluiters, dozenopzetters, labelaars en coderingssystemen.
  • Hygiënisch en nauwkeurig werkt.
  • Vlot en respectvol communiceert met collega's.
  • Graag samenwerkt en collega's ondersteunt waar nodig.
  • Een positieve werkattitude hebt.
  • Zelfstandig kan werken en verantwoordelijkheid neemt.
  • Flexibel bent en bereid bent om bij te leren.
