Operator 2-ploegen TIEL 36 - 40 uur € 2.876 - € 3.398 # 56237 Omschrijving Wil jij lekker aan de slag met machines en vind je techniek interessant? Pak je kans bij ons! Wil jij werken in een moderne fabriek waar het draait om samenwerken en kwaliteit? Als Operator zorg jij ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Je bedient de machines, houdt het proces goed in de gaten en grijpt in als dat nodig is. Je werkt in een gezellig team in een 2-ploegendienst. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid, maar je staat er nooit alleen voor. Je pakt samen met je collega's iedere dag weer de klus. Je bent onmisbaar op de werkvloer. Zonder jou loopt het proces niet door. Je scoort als je let op het volgende: - Machines instellen en bijsturen als dat nodig is; - Storingen snel signaleren en oplossen; - Gegevens invullen en productie goed bijhouden; - Af en toe monsters nemen om de kwaliteit te checken; - Overleggen met je leidinggevende of collega's bij afwijkingen; - Je werkplek netjes en veilig houden. Wat wij jou bieden Je werkt 36 tot 40 uur per week in een 2-ploegendienst. Je krijgt: - Een bruto maandsalaris van €3.328 - €3.726 inclusief ploegentoeslag; - 8,33% vakantiegeld; - 13e maand; - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km; - Uitzicht op een vast contract; - Informele, prettige werksfeer en goede arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens cao; - Een vaste contactpersoon vanuit Actief Werkt!. Wat wij van je vragen Je werkt graag samen, let goed op details en je houdt het hoofd koel als het druk is. Je vindt het belangrijk om veilig te werken en je volgt de regels. Verder heb je: - MBO‑werk- en denkniveau; - VAPRO A, B of vergelijkbare opleiding is een pré; - Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een productieomgeving; - Een heftruckcertificaat of bereidheid deze te behalen; - Goede beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels in woord en geschrift.
