Wil je werken in een moderne productieomgeving in Tielt waar kwaliteit en teamwork centraal staan? Zoek je een job in 2 ploegen waarin je kan groeien van operator tot lijnverantwoordelijke? Dan is dit jouw kans.

Na een grondige opleiding word je polyvalent ingezet binnen verschillende productieafdelingen. Zo leer je stap voor stap het volledige productieproces kennen.

Jouw taken:

  • Je stelt productiemachines in, bedient ze en volgt het productieproces nauwkeurig op.
  • Je regelt parameters bij en voert kleine technische interventies uit bij storingen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alles correct wordt verpakt en geëtiketteerd.
  • Je controleert de afgewerkte producten op kleur en kwaliteit.
  • Je ondersteunt de lijnverantwoordelijke bij testen en kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Je maakt inkten aan voor de productie en voert kleurcorrecties uit.
  • Je registreert verbruiken, houdt dossiers up-to-date en stockeert materialen correct.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen, veiligheid en orde op de werkvloer.
  • Je beschikt minstens over een A2-diploma.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je bent niet kleurenblind en kan kleuren correct onderscheiden.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.
  • Je bent leergierig en wil verschillende machines en processen aanleren.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken.
  • Ervaring in een drukkerij, ververij of kennis van 5S is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
