Operator 2 ploegen Heerenveen Heerenveen 40 uur € 2.700 - € 3.100 # 67415 Omschrijving In deze rol als Operator 2-ploegen in Heerenveen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal laten verlopen van het productieproces. Je werkt met moderne machines binnen een prettige werkomgeving waar jouw inzet en ideeën worden gewaardeerd. Je stelt machines in, bedient en bouwt deze om waar nodig. Daarnaast bewaak je de kwaliteit van het product door controles uit te voeren en productiegegevens nauwkeurig vast te leggen. Bij storingen onderneem je direct actie en denk je actief mee over verbeteringen die bijdragen aan een efficiënte en veilige productieomgeving. Wat wij jou bieden Deze arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn gebaseerd op een fulltime werkweek. Zo kan jij rekenen op: - € 3100,- bruto per maand op basis van een marktconform salaris (afhankelijk van ervaring); - Ploegentoeslag 20-30% bovenop je salaris voor werken in 2 ploegen; - Reiskostenvergoeding € 0,25 per kilometer, zodat je woon werkverkeer wordt vergoed; - Pensioenopbouw vanaf je eerste werkdag; - Vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld; - Uitzicht op vast contract bij goed functioneren. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor veiligheid en kwaliteit en je durft door te vragen als iets niet klopt. Ook breng je mee: - Ervaring als operator of procesoperator in een productieomgeving; - Bereidheid om te werken in 2 ploegen; - Technisch inzicht en focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
