VPK Group is een toonaangevende verpakkingsgroep die in 1935 in België werd opgericht en sindsdien is uitgegroeid van een lokale speler tot de huidige internationale leverancier van duurzame verpakkingsoplossingen met 3 productgroepen: golfkarton, massief karton en kokers & hoekbeschermers. Jobomschrijving

Wil jij werken in een 2-ploegensysteem (vroeg/laat) binnen een stabiel en groeiend bedrijf? VPK Erembodegem biedt jou een uitdagende rol als operator binnen de papier- en kartonproductie.

Wat ga je doen?

Als operator ben jij een cruciale schakel in ons productieproces:

  • Instellen, bedienen en controleren van machines voor papier- en kartonproductie
  • Starten en stoppen van machines volgens de vastgelegde procedures
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens het productieproces
  • Samen met je collega’s zorgen voor een efficiënt en veilig verloop van de productie
  • Uitvoeren van eerstelijnsonderhoud aan machines
  • Signaleren van technische storingen en samenwerken met de technische dienst
  • Correct toepassen en opvolgen van veiligheidsvoorschriften op de werkvloer

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je werkt graag in een productieomgeving en laat je niet afschrikken door lawaai.
  • Je bent technisch aangelegd en houdt van praktisch werk.
  • Veiligheid, orde, netheid en kwaliteit zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je staat open voor feedback en ziet dit als een kans om te groeien.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en helpt collega’s waar nodig.
  • Je kan werken in een 2-ploegensysteem (vroeg/laat).
  • Bij voorkeur heb je al enige ervaring in productie.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
