Nadat grondstoffen zijn klaargezet, start jij met het nauwkeurig uitvoeren van de receptuur. Je bedient de kookketels en houdt constant toezicht op het verloop van de productie. Tijdens het koken voer je diverse metingen uit, zoals het controleren van de zuurgraad en de dikte van de saus, om de hoogste kwaliteit te garanderen. Naast het kookproces is het essentieel dat jouw werkplek voldoet aan alle hygiëne- en veiligheidseisen.
