Als operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten draaien van je eigen productielijn. Je bedient moderne machines, houdt het proces scherp in de gaten en grijpt direct in bij afwijkingen. Je werkt in een 2-ploegenrooster, waardoor je werk en privé goed kunt combineren. Op een gemiddelde dag start je met een overdracht van je collega’s, controleer je de lijn en stel je machines bij waar nodig. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, lost kleine storingen op en communiceert helder met je team. Je zorgt dat het productieproces efficiënt blijft lopen van begin tot eind. Wil jij graag werken met techniek en vind je het belangrijk om in een team te werken waar iedereen voor elkaar klaarstaat? Solliciteer dan direct en versterk dit productieteam!

- Bedienen en controleren van de snijlijn

- Instellen en ombouwen van machines

- Oplossen van kleine storingen

- Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles

- Registreren van productiegegevens

- Schoonmaken en onderhouden van je werkplek

- Samenwerken met collega’s en technische dienst

- Minimaal vmbo werk- en denkniveau

- Gevoel voor techniek en interesse in machines

- Ervaring als operator is een pré, maar niet verplicht

- Bereidheid om in 2-ploegen (06:00-14:30 en 14:30-23:00) te werken

- Nauwkeurig werken volgens HACCP-normen

- Spreekt en begrijpt Nederlands goed

- Teamspeler die helder communiceert
