The posting

Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar collega’s voor elkaar klaarstaan. Tijdens je inwerkperiode krijg je een vaste buddy die je stap voor stap meeneemt in de werkzaamheden, zodat je alles goed onder de knie krijgt. Qua werkzaamheden moet je denken aan;

- Je bedient en bewaakt jouw snijlijn en zorgt dat de productie optimaal verloopt. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en werkt volgens de HACCP-normen. - Je lost eerstelijns storingen zelfstandig op (of samen met de monteur). - Je denkt mee over verbeteringen en draagt bij aan een soepel productieproces.

Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst met de volgende tijden:

- Ochtenddienst: 06:00 – 14:30 - Middagdienst: 14:30 – 23:00

Daarnaast is er de mogelijkheid om op zaterdag te werken tegen 150% loon.

We zoeken betrokken, gedreven en betrouwbare mensen met oog voor kwaliteit. Daarnaast:

- Heb je affiniteit met techniek en productieprocessen. - Bereidheid tot 2-ploegendienst. - Werk je graag in een team waar samenwerking centraal staat. - Blijf je rustig en oplossingsgericht, ook als het even druk wordt. - Je vindt het niet erg om in een koude ruimte te werken en hier toeslag voor te krijgen.
