The posting

Je werkt als operator in een stabiel team bij een modern productiebedrijf. Het bedrijf heeft een extra werkplek gecreëerd door groei. De functie is voor langere tijd. Je draait mee in een 2-ploegendienst en werkt met rubberen walsbekleding. Jij slijpt, freest en schuurt de materialen en bedient machines. Fysiek werk schrikt je niet af.

Je rooster wisselt elke week: de ene week werk je van 06:30 tot 15:00 uur, de andere van 15:00 tot 23:30 uur. Je start met een korte overdracht, stelt de machine in, en houdt het proces in de gaten. Je let op kwaliteit en stuurt bij als dat nodig is. Fysieke kracht is belangrijk. Je werkt samen met een ervaren team dat er al lang zit. Iedereen weet wat er verwacht wordt en er zijn geen onduidelijkheden.

Wij zoeken mensen die willen leren en zich willen ontwikkelen. Je spreekt goed Nederlands en leert graag bij. Vind je het leuk om te sleutelen aan auto's of motoren? Dan past deze baan bij jou. Solliciteer als je onderdeel wilt zijn van een stabiel, collegiaal team. 🚀
