Voor een bedrijf gelegen in Hasselt zoekt YouVi een gemotiveerde operator in 2-ploegen. Je komt terecht in een internationale productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid, hygiëne, veiligheid en samenwerking centraal staan.

Als operator speel je een belangrijke rol in het productieproces. Je werkt volgens duidelijke procedures en draagt bij aan een veilige, nette en betrouwbare productieomgeving. Daarbij hou je steeds rekening met de geldende HACCP-richtlijnen, hygiënevoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen.

Jouw taken

Als operator zorg je mee voor een vlot, veilig en kwalitatief productieproces. Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Bedienen, instellen en opvolgen van productiemachines
  • Controleren van het productieproces en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles volgens de geldende procedures
  • Werken volgens HACCP, hygiëne-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften
  • Correct registreren van productiegegevens en afwijkingen
  • Signaleren van storingen, afwijkingen of onveilige situaties
  • Uitvoeren van kleine technische interventies of het inschakelen van de juiste collega
  • Zorgen voor orde, netheid en reiniging van je werkpost
  • Correct omgaan met grondstoffen, verpakkingen en productiematerialen
  • Samenwerken met collega’s, ploegverantwoordelijken en kwaliteitsdiensten

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Ervaring heeft als operator of sterk gemotiveerd is om het vak te leren
  • Kwaliteitsbewust, nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk werkt
  • Belang hecht aan hygiëne, voedselveiligheid en veiligheid
  • Bereid is om strikt volgens procedures en instructies te werken
  • Interesse heeft in productieprocessen en technisch inzicht heeft
  • Alert is voor afwijkingen en snel actie onderneemt
  • Graag samenwerkt en respectvol communiceert met collega’s
  • Bereid is om in 2-ploegen te werken
  • Vlot Nederlands begrijpt en spreekt om veiligheids- en werkinstructies correct op te volgen
  • Betrouwbaar, flexibel en gemotiveerd is
