Introductie Ben jij technisch aangelegd, werk je graag in een productieomgeving en zoek je een baan met toekomst? Voor een modern productiebedrijf in de regio Parkstad zijn wij op zoek naar een Operator. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een soepel productieproces en draag je dagelijks bij aan de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. Functie Als Operator (2-ploegen) zorg je ervoor dat de productie soepel verloopt, bewaak je de kwaliteit en draag je bij aan een veilig en efficiënt productieproces. Je takenpakket bestaat uit: - Bedienen, instellen en ombouwen van productiemachines; - Bewaken en bijsturen van het productieproces; - Oplossen van kleine technische storingen; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en registreren van productiegegevens; - Aanvoeren van grondstoffen en afvoeren van gereed product; - Schoon en veilig houden van de werkplek; - Samenwerken met collega's van productie en technische dienst.

Functie-eisen Wat vragen wij? - Ervaring als operator of in een productieomgeving is een pré; - Technisch inzicht en een proactieve werkhouding; - Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent betrouwbaar en hebt oog voor kwaliteit; - In bezit van heftruckcertificaat of bereid deze te halen; - Je wilt graag langdurig fulltime aan de slag.

Aanbod Wat bieden wij? - Een afwisselende functie binnen een stabiel productiebedrijf; - Salaris tussen €2.900,- en €3.400,- bruto per maand, exclusief ploegentoeslag; - Ploegentoeslag volgens de geldende cao; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - 25 verlofdagen; - 8% vakantiegeld en goede pensioenregeling; - Mogelijkheden om opleidingen en cursussen te volgen; - Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband bij goed functioneren.
