Concreet betekent dat; - Je stelt machines in en bedient ze; - Je controleert of het staal volgens specificatie wordt verwerkt; - Je grijpt in bij storingen en voert kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit; - Je werkt samen met je collega’s aan een soepel lopend proces; - Je zorgt dat de kwaliteit van het eindproduct top is.

Over het bedrijf Een korte introductie Je gaat aan de slag bij een groot staalbewerkingsbedrijf in Hoogeveen. Dagelijks worden hier duizenden meters wapeningsstaal verwerkt voor klanten in heel Europa. Jij werkt in een team van ervaren operators, productiemedewerkers en voormannen. Het is een hecht team met een no-nonsense mentaliteit. Je werkt in een moderne productiehal met volautomatische buigmachines, knipstraten en transportlijnen. Wat we jou bieden Naast persoonlijk contact - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 3.300 en € 3.800 (inclusief ploegentoeslag); - Een vaste ploeg waarin je snel je plek vindt; - Goed inwerktraject, ook als je geen ervaring hebt; - Werken met moderne machines; - Uitzicht op een vast contract.

Jouw kwaliteiten Waar we naar op zoek zijn Je hoeft geen diploma’s of jarenlange ervaring te hebben. Wat we belangrijk vinden is dat je: - Technisch inzicht hebt (denk aan: je weet hoe je machines moet bedienen en storingen herkent); - Niet bang bent om je handen uit de mouwen te steken; - Graag samenwerkt met anderen; - In een 2-ploegendienst wilt werken.
