Dan is deze functie bij Euroma iets voor jou. Als operator werk je aan een afvul- en verpakkingslijn waar van alles voorbijkomt: van kleine zakjes dressing tot grote emmers saus. Je zorgt samen met je ploeg voor een soepel productieproces. Op de achtergrond klinkt muziek en er is altijd ruimte voor een grapje met collega's. Je begint op de afvul- en verpakkingslijn, maar krijgt volop kansen om door te groeien naar bijvoorbeeld de meng- of kookinstallaties. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles blijft draaien: je werkt nauwkeurig, lost storingen op en houdt het productieproces in topvorm. Dit krijg jij • Een mooi salaris: € 2.900 tot € 3.500 per maand (incl. 15% ploegentoeslag) • Werken in 2 ploegen: vaste tijden van 06:00 - 14:00 uur en 14:00 - 22:00 uur • Veel aandacht voor opleiding en doorgroeien binnen het proces • 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantietoeslag en reiskostenvergoeding (€ 0,21/km vanaf 10 km) • Bij wederzijdse tevredenheid kans op vast contract bij Euroma • Kleine, overzichtelijke en geurige productieomgeving. Dit ben jij • MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting • Aantoonbare ervaring als (proces)operator in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie • Bekend met het instellen, afstellen en bijsturen van procesinstallaties • Je denkt in oplossingen en kunt storingen analyseren en verhelpen • Werken volgens HACCP en veiligheidsvoo...
