Pro Industry - Hardenberg - €3.800,- tot €3.950,- p.m. - Rubber en kunststof - 2 ploegendienst Dagelijks werken aan innovatieve en duurzame verpakkingsoplossingen, dat is wat je als Operator 2-ploegendienst gaat doen. Techniek, samenwerking en vakmanschap komen samen in de productieprocessen. Reken op een uitstekend startsalaris tot € 3.950,- bruto per maand inclusief 20,5% ploegentoeslag. Over het bedrijf: Jaarlijks verwerkt de fabriek zo'n 17.500 ton folie. De folie's worden bedrukt en op maat gemaakt volgens een klantgericht recept. Het proces begint met granulaat wat wordt omgesmolten en tot een dunne ballon wordt gevormd. Deze wordt plat gevouwen, opgerold en verder bewerkt, van dikte, kleur tot bedrukking. Functieomschrijving Als Operator 2-ploegendienst werk je met een gemoderniseerde drukmachine die gebruikmaakt van de nieuwste technologieën. Samen met je collega's houd je het productieproces nauwlettend in de gaten en onderneem je actie waar nodig. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Instellen, bedienen en finetunen van drukmachines en procesinstallaties. - Controleren van het proces en ingrijpen bij afwijkingen of storingen. - Bewaken van de kwaliteit om rendementsverlies te voorkomen. - Vastleggen van productiegegevens en resultaten van controlerondes. - Opsporen en verhelpen van mechanische storingen. - Monteren en demonteren van onderdelen en hulpstukken aan de machine. - Zorg dragen voor een opgeruimde, overzichtelijke werkomgeving.
