Als Operator werk je in een uitdagende industriële omgeving binnen een 2-ploegendienst. Je komt terecht in een proces waar duurzaamheid en techniek samenkomen. Je verdient een aantrekkelijk salaris dat kan oplopen tot €4.150,- inclusief ploegentoeslag. Op zoek naar een afwisselende en actieve functie binnen een stabiele organisatie? Lees dan snel verder! Wat ga je doen? Als Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en optimaliseren van een grootschalige installatie waarin reststromen worden verwerkt tot herbruikbare grondstoffen. Geen dag is hetzelfde, omdat elke batch zich anders gedraagt binnen het proces. Je start je werkdag samen met je collega’s en gaat daarna de installatie in. Je loopt inspectierondes, voert controles uit en zorgt ervoor dat alles zo efficiënt mogelijk draait. Je bent veel in beweging en werkt zowel vanuit de controlekamer als in het veld. Onderstaand een greep uit jouw verantwoordelijkheden en taken: Je bestuurt, controleert en optimaliseert het productieproces; Je loopt inspectierondes en voert visuele controles uit aan de installatie; Je stelt de installatie bij waar nodig om het proces optimaal te laten verlopen; Je neemt monsters en zorgt dat deze worden geanalyseerd door het laboratorium; Je signaleert storingen en voert kleine reparaties zelfstandig of samen met collega’s uit; Je schakelt met de technische dienst bij grotere storingen; Je werkt strikt volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften; Je werkt nauw samen met collega-operators en rapporteert aan de hoofdoperator. Wat kun jij? JJe hebt een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 3 in een technische richting; Je bent in het bezit van een VCA en VAPRO A certificaat, of bereid deze te behalen; Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal; Je bent fysiek fit en houdt van een actieve baan; Je bent betrouwbaar, gemotiveerd en werkt graag in teamverband; Je hebt oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en procesoptimalisatie. Wat krijg je? Een bruto salaris tussen €3.350,- en €4.150,- inclusief

ploegentoeslag; Een fulltime functie in 2-ploegendienst (40 uur per week); Werken in een hecht team met korte lijnen; 27,5 vakantiedagen per jaar; Een goede pensioenregeling; Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km; Mogelijkheid tot het behalen van certificaten zoals VCA, heftruck en hoogwerker; Extra’s zoals een bonusregeling en leuke teamactiviteiten. Je komt te werken binnen een industriële omgeving waar restmaterialen worden verwerkt tot duurzame grondstoffen. Innovatie, veiligheid en samenwerking staan centraal. De werksfeer is nuchter en collegiaal, waarbij iedereen samenwerkt om het proces optimaal te laten verlopen.
